My daughter 10 (is tall and strong) and has had this raquet for a year. It is her favorite and she wants me to find her two more so when it wears out she can keep playing with it. This is an advance raquet compared to some of the other raquets kids her age are playing with. She is a hard hitter and this raquet is holding up fine. It is helping her be a good player. It won’t make you a star player, but it will help you have confidence in playing with good players. Plus the price at Sport Authority was a steal.

I have two of the older blue models. The New Fury II arrives a little darker red than in the picture, otherwise, the markings are identical to the blue fury one. It hits like a powder puff, swaying with every stroke. This racquet loves huge, full swings and it is difficult to hit the ball out unless you aim high.

I wanted to try a light racquet and this is a great one at that. Very light. It’s easy to pick and start using. Great for people starting out.

I would recommend this racquet to anyone who wishes to start playing tennis and also for those who can’t handle a heavier racquet
